Our Ministry
equip, enrich, empower
At Servant’s Oasis, our seminars combine educational teaching with interactive experiences, small group discussions, and a time for personal reflection. By strengthening our spiritual walk, our actions become more prayerful, practical, powerful, and positive. Held at our beautiful, secluded campus in Harrisburg, PA, our conferences address the diverse needs of servant-leaders, providing practical instruction for personal and ministry growth.
Pastor Powerup Events
These gatherings offer pastors a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their spiritual foundations. In an intimate and supportive environment, participants explore personal challenges, share common struggles, and gain practical tools to maintain balance and health in ministry. This time of renewal reinforces the importance of self-care and spiritual growth for those serving others.
Prayer House Ministry of Servant’s Oasis
The Prayer House ministry is here to help you find comfort and wholeness through the power of prayer. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or brokenhearted, but when we open ourselves to God’s love and guidance, He transforms us. Our prayer ministers are ready to listen, discern, and walk alongside you, helping you overcome life’s roadblocks. Through personal prayer ministry, we’ve witnessed lives changed, hearts healed, and hope restored. Learn more about the Prayer House ministry here

LiveUp Resources
Media and Marketing Content
Servant’s Oasis has partnered with LiveUp Resources to provide growth-inspiring books, podcasts, and video resources for men, women, and children. The publisher’s library of original materials is used by churches, prisons, rescue missions, schools, and men’s and women’s groups to motivate men, women, and youth toward integrity. The result is people who hold each other to a higher standard, love their families as Christ would, and fight to change the world. Through our partnership, we distribute these materials to prison ministries, rescue missions, and other organizations in order to help as many people as possible live up to their God-given potential.
Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Inc.
Coaching and Programming
Servant’s Oasis has partnered with Pennsylvania Services (PCS) to provide qualified experts in counseling. Drawing from over 35 years of experience in various outpatient services, PCS has helped us develop effective training programs to address the personal and professional issues that affect servant-leaders. PCS is approved to sponsor continuing education (CE) for various licenses. Individuals who attend a PCS training or seminar, in its entirety, may receive CE credits for psychologists (LPC/LSW/LCSW/LMFT) or general training credits (including CAC/DDAP).
Our Story
Our Story
Many years ago, our founder, Roy Smith was deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of those who dedicate themselves to helping others. It all began when he witnessed the tireless efforts of nurses, teachers, social workers, first responders, and countless others who often gave their all without asking for anything in return.
Driven by a belief that those who serve as the backbone of our communities deserved recognition and support, Roy decided to create something extraordinary. He embarked on a journey to establish Servant’s Oasis, a non-profit organization that would serve as a refuge for those who work tirelessly in selfless occupations. Through the support of generous donors and volunteers, Servant’s Oasis is blossoming into a thriving haven of assistance and encouragement.
Our Team
Jillian Diffenderfer
Administrative Director and Secretary
Jillian Diffenderfer was born in Lebanon, PA and is currently a resident of Maytown, a small town in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Jill and her husband Karl have four beautiful children, one daughter-in-law, and one grandchild. The Agape Gardens of Servant’s Oasis hold special meaning for Jill, as she and her husband renewed their vows at the property when it was originally the Gardens of Felicita.
Jill first learned about Servant’s Oasis when it was in its fledgling stages, and reconnected with Servant’s shortly after the passing of her father, who was a good friend of Roy Smith’s. Having witnessed the devastation and fall-out of ministry leaders who burn out or stumble first-hand, and having experienced it herself, Jill is devoted to Servant’s Oasis’ mission of serving the leaders who serve others.
In 2023, Jill joined the Board of Directors, contributing her extensive marketing experience, attention to detail, compassion, and enthusiasm to aid in our mission. In March 2024, Jill accepted the position of Administrative Director of Servant’s Oasis, expanding our fundraising efforts and supporting day-to-day operations.
